Winter Solstice Event 09: Chocolate ~ Music ~ Yoga
This Monday Dec 21st in Guelph and Jan 23rd in Waterloo, my friend Chantalle and I are putting on two events as part of our "Chocolate ~ Music ~ Yoga" series:
Come experience a yoga class, followed by a chocolate elixir and informative superfood talk, and then a relaxing crystal bowl/voice performance. Zak Martin-Kilgour and Chantalle Asselin are hosting these events in the surrounding area. Superfoods and CD's will also be available. Come out to one, two or all three events. This past November, the first event (in Fergus) was a success and people really enjoyed themselves!
Price: $40 in advanced, $44 at the door or if you wish to come to two or more dates it is only $77!
Space is limited at each event so please call and confirm your attendance with Chantalle at 519.836.6075.

These are some of the latest videos I've posted on youtube.
The first three are a slightly controversial (:p) series I did where I talked about how to eat a raw food diet that actually works in the long run! There are a lot of people doing things within the raw food "community" that is giving raw food a bad name, since they are ending up sick or less than healthy.
This happens either from eating too much fat (from animals or plants) or from eating too many simple carbohydrates (fruit). Either extreme leads to premature aging.
The fourth video is on bee pollen and it's wide array of amazing benefits. I won't say much else about it except that you have to watch the video if you haven't already! It's the single most powerful and nutrient dense food on the planet in my opinion.
