1. This is a great audio program about Chinese tonic herbs that I've been listening to.

2. Chayenne is a young girl that lives in the same city as me. She is very sick and our community is raising money to send her to get specialized treatment at the Hippocrates Health Institute.

3. This Sunday I will be at a conscious dance event where my friend Chantalle and I will be making drinks and serving superfood treats to the happy dancers!

(1.) I've been listening to this audio program that I think is profound.

My friend Brandon Daemon has just released his new 7+ hour audio program called "Health Beyond Danger" a practical guide to mastering tonic herbs. If you've been following me for awhile, you know how I'm big on adaptogenic herbs (which are tonics, meaning you can consume them daily without toxic side effects) for maintaining peek health and vitality throughout the body. These sorts of super herbs are like an insurance policy.

Check out this video below that I just made where I talk about Brandon's new program!

This is THE Ultimate Guide to Chinese Tonic Herbalism:

If you grab this course now before March 30th you will receive a 50% off coupon at my favorite site for adaptogenic herbs Hyperion Herbs (which is run by Brandon). This coupon code you get is good for the entire month of April, for any amount and number of purchases!

Also, by getting this program before March 30th, Brandon is willing to give you a f.r.ee 30 minute phone consultation. You could talk to him about anything really, but his specialty is definitely Chinese tonic herbs :) You can check out what you get in this info-packed program by clicking the link below. There is a complete breakdown of every track contained in the program on this page:

(2.) Chayenne has childhood arthiritis, so my community and myself want to help her go to the Hippocrates Health Institute.

Chayenne is 9 and has had to face challenges in life normally only experienced by those over 60... She has childhood arthritis and often has difficulty performing everyday tasks. She has a hard time walking, let alone run the way children should, and the pain she experiences from chewing can become so great that she often ends up eating much less than she requires for her growing body.

To find out more about their story and how you can help them create their dream, please watch the interview I did with them below.

Fundraising to Send Chayenne and Tiffany to The Hippocrates Health Institute:

Again, if you want to donate to help make this much needed trip possible for these two, please go to this article on my site (link below) to donate via PayPal. It is completely secure. I'll be interviewing Tiffany and Chayenne in the near future before they embark on to Hippocrates as well when they return from the institute to see how they are doing.

(3.) I'll be making raw herbal ice cream and elixirs at this event on Sunday!
